Resale prices may be above face value.
In the unlikely event that you find a lower price for the same tickets, section and row, on another U.S. based resale website within 72 hours of placing your order, we will credit or refund to you the difference in price. This Price Guarantee is subject to the terms and conditions listed below.
Event must be attended in accordance with the order confirmation to be eligible to receive a refund. Changed or cancelled orders are not eligible to receive refunds. Refunds will be mailed out within 3 to 4 weeks after your qualifying event submission has been confirmed and verified.
Order must have a minimum spend of $50 (not including fees and delivery) in order to be eligible for a Price Guarantee claim.
Refund issued is limited to the difference between the total price paid at checkout including all fees, delivery versus comparable tickets in the same section and row for the same event.
Notification of a Claim. You must file a Price Guarantee application form within seventy-two (72) hours after you place your order. The lower price must be available for us to verify at the time you contact us, as determined by our customer service representatives.
Must be "Apples to Apples" Comparison. The Price Guarantee is available only for exact matches. For example, the specific event, section and row must match, and the exact same dates and times must match.
For any comparison, the comparison must be to the same event purchased through another reputable website. Applicable sites only include TicketNetwork, StubHub, VividSeats, and SeatGeek.
The Price Guarantee is not available for orders on websites where the site or similar order details are unknown until after purchase. You must meet all requirements imposed on the lower price (if any), including, without limitation, residency, regional and age-related requirements.
Comparison Rates Must Be Available to the General Public Online. The Price Guarantee applies only to prices both advertised and available to the general public on an English-language website.

The lower rate may not come from a website where you call to get the rate, or from an e-mail that you received. In addition, the price must be quoted and paid for in US dollars.
Verification of Claims. All requests, including receipts, are subject to verification. The customer must submit a screenshot with their submission that we must be able to independently confirm by our personnel. We will not verify any request that we believe, in our sole discretion, is the result of a printing or other error or is made fraudulently or in bad faith.
Verified requests will receive a credit via check/PayPal, within approximately 3-4 weeks of verification.
Limit: 2 claims per year.
We reserve the right to render any refund void that we issue in excess of these limits, or issued in error, or where the customer is found to be ineligible to receive the refund or has been deemed by us to be abusing the Price Guarantee program for personal or financial gains.
Changes. We reserve the right in our sole discretion to modify or discontinue the Price Guarantee or to restrict its availability to any person, at any time, for any or no reason, and without prior notice or liability to you. The terms that are in effect at the time of your order will determine your eligibility under the Price Guarantee.
The failure by us to enforce any provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
